GTIN exemption with brand

Hey everyone,

I just got my brand approved in brand registry. I was previously selling items as generic with a GTIN exemption so I didn’t need a UPC.

Now that my brand is approved (an hour ago I received the email), from my understanding I don’t need a product ID, but I’m getting an error when adding a product saying that I need one to proceed. What am I doing wrong here? Do I have to apply for an exemption with the brand name?
