Is it possible to get the reason for a chargeback from Amazon?
I recently had a chargeback that was instantly resolved without a response needed, and I was NOT held responsible.
There is a further issue I need to handle that requires knowing the type / code of the chargeback (unauthorized use of card, non receipt, etc). However, I was unable to get Seller Support to answer my simple question of what kind of chargeback it was after two attempts. My case was even transferred to the chargeback team, who didn’t read my letter and responded as if I were asking to have the funds returned to me.
MY QUESTION: As in the title, is it even possible to get the chargeback reason from Amazon?
