In desperate need of help to get listed on Amazon. We’ve been trying for 5 months.

I work for a print company, and we have been trying for the last 5 months to properly get listed on Amazon. Before you call me stupid or incompetent, please bear with me.

We’re literally just trying to sell paper. It’s bundles of paper technically notepads/scratch pads.

At first, I had support walk me through the process because I kept getting errors, then I spent probably 10 hours + on the phone with support trying to get this listing up.

Every time we made the listing it would register as a publication, like a book with a hard cover.
Therefore, none of our size variations would show up.

Then an Amazon support agent from the US called me and asked if I needed help. I said yes.

She said “oh this is super easy, shouldn’t take more than a few days to get it up”.

Fast forward 2 months… NOTHING.

Her support team says the listing is live but we can’t see it on our end.

We are desperate to get on Amazon, I just need some help from someone experienced.
