Here is the chain of events for ASIN B07N1XDS8M that is referenced in the violation letter.

January 2019, we posted ASIN to our catalog February 2019, we deleted ASIN from our catalog September 2023, Amazon sends violation letter

As mentioned above, we have a case where Amazon stated that the ASIN was deleted from our catalog in February of 2019. However, when we submit this information the appeals team does not reference this fact.

Additional information referenced to the ASIN: The violation letter references title II of the clean air act being a ‘defeat device’. However, defeat devices were not included with the clean air act until March, 2020 (I have a link to the actual EPA document on request). Which was after the ASIN was deleted from our account.

We are in desperation mode so any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated as we have been blocked for what is approaching a year.
