How do you guys get paid?

Hi, question for you sellers.

I recently bought a somewhat expensive out of print hardcover book from a seller on Amazon, but it seems like my card was never charged. My card told me it was on Amazon’s side and Amazon assures me I was charged but it’s not there. I want to make sure the seller actually receives this money as I’m really happy with my book. Do you guys get paid directly from Amazon or from the buyers?
