Removing 3P Sellers

I am a manufacture and i own the brand that i sell. I currently on Vendor Central. We are phasing out a few products. The issue is, over the last month, somehow our product ended up on Aliexpress (whole different problem) and in term that has caused a few 3p accounts to jump on our product page and start selling the product below Amazon’s buying price. Amazon is matching the price (obviously cause thats what Amazon does) but the issue is, i dont believe Amazon will buy our remaining inventory because they are selling at a loss currently. We have brand registry, is it possible to report a “Non- Authorized” seller on brand registry to get these two sellers that are tanking the price off our product listing?
