Insurance Company wants Amazon FC details

UK seller – Anyone experienced this? Our insurance company wants details regarding the Amazon FC that we send our product to for FBA, mainly in regards to security. I didn’t even try and explain to them that the product would be distributed around Amazon’s network.

Who would I even ask for these details? Seller Support say they can’t provide any details.

Lost on this one. Anyone any ideas? Thanks in advance
