Shipping address question

Hi there, I’m about to order my first batch of product. I came to the replenish inventory page.

My supplier is doing DDP shipping.

1a. Can I just ask the supplier to ship directly to an Amazon warehouse? 1b. If the answer to 1a is yes, what should I put in the “Ship From” address? 1c. If the answer to 1a is no, can I ask the supplier for the flight forwarder’s address and use that address as the “Ship From” address? 2. If the answer to 1c is no, does it mean I have to ask the supplier to first ship to me, then I have to let the carrier come and pick it up from me?
