DMCA rules for TM infringement

Our top ASIN was taken down due to a Chinese seller saying we infringed on their copyright which is completely untrue and the opposite of the truth. Anyone have any success stories in getting around the 10 day waiting period? Apparently the filer has 10 days to respond to our appeal.. Amazon is unhelpful.
