Where to hire great product infographic designer

Looking for someone who can do a skincare serum infographic in the vein of CeraVe, Paula’s Choice, Dove, etc. Everything I have seen on Fiverr looks kind of cheap, like the products have instruction manuals with broken English. Any ideas on where to find a slightly higher-end graphic designer?

Obviously, the best people already work at companies and earn salaries for their work, but if there is a corner of the Internet with really strong designers who freelance…that would help
