Issues with the Amazon Advantage program

I am not sure if this is the right forum, and if not, I would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.

We have been part of the Amazon Advantage program for YEARS, back to when it first started. We have had our sales at a fairly consistent level for the most part until January of this year. January hit, and out sales plummeted. I am not talking post-holiday drop off, either. Since we have started, we have NEVER had a month that was under five figures, and now since January our sales are $900-$1500 a month.

I have reached out to support several times to be told different stories – your products are missing information (fixed), your products were mapped incorrectly by Amazon (just now??) and they said they fixed that, and then two others said “just sell better products with competitive pricing, if there was a market we would be ordering”. We know this isn’t true because we have had many calls from people asking why they can’t find out items in stock on Amazon right now. They are still listed, but only through 3rd party sellers at inflated prices.

Is anyone else having this issue?? I know sales fluctuate, but this is NOT normal.
