How to deal with customers that expect Used products to have everything that’s in the original Amazon description?
I sell used cameras, consoles and basically anything electronic. I state in my descriptions exactly what is and what is not included in every package. I’ll always purchase extra cables or battery chargers to ensure products can be used as soon as the customer receives them. But I’m constantly being messaged regarding SD cards, video cables, manuals, boxes, software CD’s and all sorts because that’s what’s in the original Amazon descriptions.
People are not reading the specific description for my products in the side bar and complaining that all the items are not included. I’ve been partially refunding and simply paying for these extra items to be delivered to customers who complain to avoid refund requests but it’s getting ridiculous that customers are expecting the original brand new 64gb SD cards for old cameras that aren’t even available New on Amazon anymore, because they are basing their purchase on the original Amazon listing.
Is there any way I can fix this without having to just buy everything that was original included in these items?
