Amazon order suggested requiring a signature for an order. Of course, the buyer has opened a return
Reluctantly fulfilled an Amazon order which had an extra note which suggested getting a signature. After a quick google search, it’s likely because the buyer has a history of opening returns or claiming non delivery.
Of course, today I see they’ve opened a return. It’s a used console with a detailed description that the console comes with a controller and all cables. The return is because it doesn’t come with headphones. I didn’t even know consoles ever came with headphones.
So of course, I’m feeling this customer is going to return something different. How do I go about this? If this is a fraudulent return, Amazon should surely protect me because they even added the note that I should include a signature (which I did).
