Hi,
Customer had a problem with an item so I partially refunded £30. They then decided to return the entire product for a full refund but they didn’t open a return. They simply asked to return it in our chat, so I sent a label manually through the chat.
But I am now unable to fully refund them. I get an error if it’s anything above £15. The item is around £400. How can I refund them?
