Feedbacks on ppc ads

Hello, I am a new FBA seller (selling my own brand). According to stats I am not sure if we are doing a good with the ads. We have like 1 organic order per day, No more. There are a lot of ppc management services from Youtubers which are really expensive. But I am not sure if I should buy services like this or not. Here are my lifetime stats. I relly need your helps guys.
