Amazon appeal for policy violation?

I tried to make my first listing, and listing was removed because of “false claims about fiber content” , so I fixed it per customer service recommendation and uploaded through the feed. Next thing I got a policy violation that I don’t have authority to change the title or attributes and I should submit appeal or my account will be deactivated in 90 days. I am the brand owner and I have a trademark on the product. I’ve send all required document yet my appeal was denied. Anyone has an idea what should I do… should I hire Amazon appeal lawyer? Thanks in advance!
