Amazon deactivated my account just opened one month

Just opened Amazon seller account two month ago. I didn’t list product. Amazon deactivated my account said section 3 reason. I appealed and submitted documents many times then no result. Anyone knows why Amazon did this and what should I do to active account? Feel so bad right now.
