Flatfile prefilled available?

Hey,
is there an option in amazon seller, that I can download prefilled List, where I can do an particular update?
I just want to filter for a product and need to change it. This product is in this shop and has an false information and I try to fix it. This product exists 1346 times in this shop in different variations. These are 1l bottles of water, beer etc. … I want to have an flatfiles where all bottles are preffiled in and I can particular update them. Is there any option?
