My proprietary product has never made a sale on Amazon. It’s been a year. I clicked through 15 pages and didn’t find it. Only searching by name finds it. Migraine supplement.

After 3 months of drama to get my business approved I finally got on Amazon and now nothing. I have no idea how far down the pages I am because I stopped looking after page 15. The only way I find it is typing in the name. What’s worse is the same 5 products just keep repeating on all pages. I have keywords set up. What am I doing wrong? Is this a pay to play game? Personally I wished people would stop using Amazon but until that happens I feel I need to utilize it. I’ve watched many videos and looked in seller central help. I’m at a loss
