Could my choice of browse node for my product be incorrect?

If most of the products in the “Top rated similar items” section on my product page belong to a different category than mine, is it likely that I have selected the wrong category?

My product is wet wipes. I thought my product would be used for babies, so I set the browse node related to diaper wipes. However, in the “Top rated similar items” section on my product page, there are mostly adult wet wipes (usually used for removing makeup). Is it possible that I should change the browse node of my product to makeup remover wipes?
