Selling Branded Products

Hi guys I need some advice on selling products on Amazon. I want to sell some lipsticks from lisa eldridge who are a decent sized luxury beauty brand. They don’t sell on Amazon and not sure if its even allowed to sell their products on there so wanted to double check. Would I need to get their permission if I wanted to do so? How does the whole process work. Would the same apply for something like adidas too? Would appreciate if someone could clear this up for me. Thanks
