Help importing same product two different sources 3 markets

My question is based on “are you listing a product that is already on amazon”

I use a POD. For two markets they can do direct integration to amazon but not for the third.

The third I can do via shopify.

Because the product will be available then in one market, when I sync the others doesnt amazon usually ask if it exists already? What do I do here or just let it create the listing?
