Licensing a Trademark from someone, will my brand be approved?

I am developing a product that is different than another product, but has a name that would potentially infringe on a trademark. I have spoken to the trademark owner about licensing the name (which he is open to), but I am afraid Amazon will automatically flag it as infringing. Are there ways to “prove” to Amazon product is officially licensed? A letter of agreement or something? I don’t want to agree to anything with the owner until I know it will clear hurdles via Amazon
