Terminating Seller Account
Hi all. I hope someone can help with an issue i’m having.
Background: I have a primary Seller account in the UAE. I logged in one day and saw the option of selling to the US, which required creating a US store. I created the US store under the same account. Now Amazon has frozen both accounts saying I have breached their rules for having multiple marketplaces.
What i’ve tried to remedy the situation:
Amazon asked for a utility bill. I submitted it, but the address was not matching.
They asked to re-submit with correct details, which I did. Both marketplaces are still blocked.
I have the option of “terminating” my US marketplace account without resolving this issue. If I do this, will it impact my UAE store?
Appreciate any advice I can get.
