Amazon Marketplace Seller cancels my order without explanation – anything I can do?
Recently I ordered some items on Amazon for a good price (but not too good to be true!). The items were sold by an Amazon Marketplace seller from China, who unexpectedly cancelled my order last week. The same items are now priced higher in their store.
In my opinion, we have a contract. I don’t want a refund, but I want that contract to be honored, and my items to be delivered.
Of course, I am in the Netherlands and the seller is outside the EU. Amazon takes no responsibility for marketplace sales, but is there anything I can do to get this order fulfilled?
