FBM Returns Bought By Mistake Reason

I have received a customer return. When a customer says they bought an item by mistake, do we typically issue a full refund? Does that include the original shipping cost as well?

Also, is it necessary to check Manage Returns for FBM? Do Amazon auto refund FBM orders?
