Manage stock/inventory across platforms

hi! what solutions are you currently using to manage your inventory count so you don’t accidentally sell something you dont have at hand?

I’m on a few platforms including Amazon and it’s been challenging.

also additional question, any tips how to create invoices automatically on sales?
