All FBA orders stuck at ‘Payment Pending’

Hey folks!

I’ve recently start selling on FBA, and out of all the orders i’ve received, only one has been shipped by Amazon, and all other 5 show ‘payment pending’, some for more than 5 days now.

Any and all new orders I get always have a ‘Payment Pending’ issue, which do not end up getting fulfilled. Any insights on how to fix this?

How can every single order I receive have a payment issue from the buyer?
