Keep getting rejected to sell products despite proof of invoicing from wholesalers?

I have a large bulk order of Disney branded Christmas Cars toys (my toddler loves the franchise so I bought a wholesale load for him to have one of each and sell the rest)

I’ve requested permission to sell these on Amazon and needed to upload proof of wholesale purchase of Disney products. I uploaded this invoice and got rejected.

Tried to appeal it and re-request and I’ve not heard anything back yet but have a feeling it’ll be another rejection. Despite the fact it only asks for an invoice from a wholesaler, which I’ve uploaded.

What can I do in this situation? I’d like to send them across to FBA within the next few weeks to be in stock ready for sales and the peak madness.
