Is it a lost cause?
I had a policy violation in February because one of my products contained ‘Tongkat Ali’ and my account was later deactivated in May. I submitted a POA and it was later reinstated. I then had 4 new listings erroneously flagged as containing the ingredient – similar named products but with different ingredients – I successfully overturned the violations. I had a 5th violation soon after, but as I was on holiday, I didn’t respond quickly enough so they deactivated my account.
I have provided ingredients label, pictures of the unit, COA lab report, Material 50 Data Sheet to show it doesn’t contain the ingredient, and I’m still receiving a rejection with the notification saying I have not provided evidence to show how I have not violated Amazon restricted policies. I’ve been back and forth with seller central who suggested numerous additions and amendments and it was also escalated internally to no avail.
I’ve now enlisted the support of appeal guru, but I’m concerned it’s just going to be a waste of money as I’ve provided everything I was asked to provide and I don’t know how/see they’re going to succeed given I’ve attempted atleast 5+ times now.
What do people think?
