Why am I getting rejected to sell Disney products despite showing the correct invoices and documents as proof?

I’ve got a large stock of Disney’s Cars that I’m selling, to which I’ve tried twice now to list on FBA and have been rejected twice for it.

I’ve uploaded invoices (not receipts) that state the brand which is Mattel, states the fact they’re Disney, and that they’ve come from a reputable UK toys wholesalers. But no luck whatsoever.

I’ve been selling these on another platform for now, but would love to send a bulk of them into FBA ready for the Christmas rush.

Is it because it’s such a large company like Disney? And that it’s practically impossible? Or do invoices have to be from Disney and their own distributors rather than a UK based toys wholesaler?
