Can’t display main image with necklace + package

How can I get a main image approved that shows the necklace + packaging? My competitors all have images with their products displayed in the packaging, but my image keeps getting rejected. Are there specific guidelines or tips for getting this approved? ( no watermark or logo on the packaging is shown)
