Unsolvable IP complaint

Hey everyone,

My store was recently suspended because of an IP complaint for one of my original designs. I can’t solve the issue through Amazon because all my appeals have been rejected but for some reason i cannot find and contact the company that made the complaint in the first place so that they can retract said complaint. Is there any other way i can solve the problem or find the company? Im at a loss because apparently i dont have enough proof to verify the originality of the design and i have virtually no other way of getting back my account.
