Is a credit card necessary for seller central

Hi, I opened a professional seller account on Amazon 1.5 months ago. For charge method I use my Payoneer Mastercard, it’s debit. Amazon charged me $39.99. But now after 1.5 months my Seller central access is restricted since I don’t have a credit card according to seller support. What should I do now? Today was my disbursement date not a charging date. Charging date is 22nd of every month
