I cannot for the life of me make a single Amazon FBA sale, but sell 6 of the same item per month on ebay

I think my listing is high quality, has the white background, is in a category that sells decently and is a unique solution to a common problem. The description is detailed and includes all relevant information. I am the manufacturer with brand protection and a monopoly on the buy box.

I know it doesn’t help that my item shows up on pages 4-8 in organic searches. Do I just need to promote it 30% off and eat a loss on a couple dozen units?

I sent 40 units to a single warehouse, and they have been prime eligible for 3-4 weeks now. Do I have enough inventory sent to be prime available in all locations? I’m thinking I don’t.

These are a fastener with a fairly specialized purpose, so I’m not sure that Amazon’s various exposure options are a great fit.

Is there something else I’m missing here?
