Can’t get listings to go live bc of insurance?
I’ve had my Amazon Seller Central setup for awhile now and no matter what I do cannot seem to get my listings to go live. I’ve uploaded everything I’m supposed to but continue to get an error message about my insurance – something about not having enough coverage? My liability is at $1 million and I added Amazon on the policy. I can’t get ahold of customer support and am feeling lost. Has this happened to anyone? Do I just start a new account for scratch? Any tips are appreciated!
