Multi account violation?
I have signed up an account long time ago but I have entered some info incorrectly, the cs adviced me to sign up a new one with new email address. I did it and now, my current account is deactivated because I have multi accounts. The problem is I can’t delete pervious one cause I must pass the verification first. I can’t contact any cs cause they just auto replied me that I must solve it. Meanwhile, they asked me to provide my company’s Chinese name (I’m a seller from Hk) for verification. However my company only has English’s name. I’m stuck here forever. Anyone can help me or know any specialist can help me? Thanks
