Create amazon account with non-eu company

Hello,

I am a non-eu national and I have a company outside of the EU. Meanwhile, I am residing in Germany. I want to start selling in Amazon Germany and I will use the name of my partner living in my home country as a contact person (we are 50/50). Reffering to your experience, will I have any problems with the taxes here ?
