Product off to a good but rough start
Hello! Looking for guidance!
I recently listed a new product on Amazon. It was off to a very good start (70+ sales in the first two weeks).
I got a 1 star and it completely tanked my sales on the product. It is a 3D printed product but is very good quality. The buyer mentions this but is upset that it is 3D printed and that is the only reason they left a 1 star. I tried getting it removed but that went nowhere.
Looking for tips. I was considering deleting the ASIN and listing it again under a new one. Is this against Amazon guidelines? I want to do something as I feel like it is hurting my other products.
Thanks for your help!
