How can I add another country

I am from Germany and set up my AS account. Unfortunately it has been the Canadian site. I am now entitled to sell in CA, US and MEX. But how can I add Germany to my countries? I don’t want to set up a whole new account. Is it possible to just add another country?

Do you have any disadvantages if I just have Germany as a “secondary” country? Or all regions equal?
