Trying to get a trademark registered in Brand Registry, but the Trademark is in my Personal Name?

My Brand Regsitry application keeps getting denied because my Trademark is Registered in my name and it constantly says,

”This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (for example: tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form.”

I believe its because when I submit the brand registry form it asks for Business Identifiers, but my Trademark ownership is in my personal name, is there any tips on how to solve this?
