Two products for FBA, but bar code mistake. What do I do?

I have two products that are similar (card games), and the most recent print accidentally used the same GS1 bar code on both products. (We have two unique bar codes, but somehow the same one was on the print file.)

If I want to use FBA for fulfillment, will the two identical bar codes mess things up? I’m not sure how Amazon processes items on receipt.
