Buy box shadow ban?

I work for a company with thousands of listings and we have owned the buy box on many of those. Today, we have next to zero sales, when I look at some listings it shows us we having the featured offer under inventory but then when I click on the listing itself we are not in the buy box. Has this happened to anyone?
