Account setup assistance needed!
About a week-two weeks ago I signed up for my AmazonSeller account on Amazon Canada. I inputted all of my information and then attached my passport in a bank statement and I got a response saying I was unverified. I don’t know what to do as I cannot re-upload any documents and I cannot contact Amazon customer support on this matter. Is there anything I can do or have you guys experienced anything like this? I have created a case and no response to that.
