I lost thousands of Subscribe and Save users over night! Help!
I logged into my Amazon Seller Central account and realized one of my ASINs (that previously had thoughts of subscribers) was un-enrolled in the SNS program. I wasn’t out of stock and I did not manually delete the SnS Offer. I was able to get it re-enrolled after several support tickets but lost all original subscribers.
Is there any way to get Amazon to resubscribe all of the users I lost?
