Account Level Reserve is 0$

Hi guys, I need your help. I’m checking the Statement View for the period 11.11.2024 – Current but it seems that the Account Level Reserve is 0$.

So I have : standards order 1993,70$ Invoices orders: 0$ Deffered transactions: 2274,84$

The settlement period say Net proceed: 1993,70 $ Sales: 3196,45 $ Refunds: -312,40$ Expenses: 890,35$ Account Level Reserve 0,00 $

Why the Reserve is still zero even tho the period will close on 11.25 ?? I need money in the Reserve I’m order to cover refunds and so on !!!

Please help
