Amazon Seller App isn’t showing orders

I’ve had it happen quite a few times now, but when I go to open orders on the seller app it says I don’t have any orders. Then when I login on my computer I have orders that are unshipped and I’m being hit with late shipments, which is affecting my feature offer eligibility. I’ve tried every filter imaginable on the app and it’s still not showing when I have orders. Anyone else having this issue?!!
