How to Sell FBM in Mexico

I recently started using a partner in Mexico to manufacture my products. I want to use their location to run my Amazon Mexico operations. Our products are big and bulky and don’t make sense for FBA purposes.

Does anyone know what requirements are needed to use my Amazon Seller account to set up as FBM from a location in Mexico?
