Shipping Problems Due to Incorrect Tracking

Hi All

Typically when organizing small parcel shipments with my frieght forwarder, they provide me with a single tracking number which applies to all say 30 cartons heading to the one FC. This has not been an issue in the past, but I recently got hit with 40+ “shipping problems” on my recent shipment to FBA due to incorrect tracking information.

It seems like it will be very difficult and time consuming to match each tracking ID on each carton to the FBA carton ID which Amazon seems to want us to do.

I guess I’m curious as to what everyone else does who ships in bulk small parcel delivery to Amazon? Any tips at all?
