Need help with inactive account
I used to be an active seller on Amazon years ago. After getting frustrated with them, I removed my listings and went elsewhere. Out of the blue, I got an email this morning that I had sold an item (there were apparently a few small items that I neglected to remove). When I tried to log in and cancel the sale, I found that my account was “inactive.” They apparently want me to upload my ID, bank statements and other things (I have no intention of doing this). At this point I just want all the listings removed and/or the account closed. When I click “help” to get support, I am redirected back to the “inactive” page asking me to upload the docs.
Does anyone have a support number I can contact? Or any other guidance to get cancel this sale?
